Mon, February 16, 2004 - 8:06 PMthe nyc subway parties meet above ground, then head into the tubes... they have a bigger subway system, and their organizers really keep things on the DL and thus its harder for the cops to shut it down (and hard for people to get involved... but in a city of 9-13 million that doesnt seem to hurt numbers :) -
